摘　　要：目的 :检测成人急性白血病细胞中NG2的表达 ,了解其与临床表现、免疫表型及疗效的关系。方法 :用流式细胞仪 间接免疫荧光标记法检测 6 2例成人急性髓细胞白血病 (adultacutemyeloidleukemia ,AML)和 2 4例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (acutelymphoblasticleukemia,ALL)患者骨髓细胞膜表面人类小鼠硫酸透明质酸糖蛋白NG2同源物的表达。结果 :在 19.35 %的AML和 4.17%的ALL中此抗原表达阳性。阳性者与对照在临床特征和血象方面无差异。但在AML中与FAB分型有一定的相关性 ,以M0 、M1为多。NG2阳性者更易表达CD9和CD13,而CD14、CD15的阳性率较低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD34、CD38等干 /祖细胞标志的表达率也较高 (P =0 .1)。NG2阳性患者的缓解率较低 (P =0 .0 8)。结论 :NG2多表达于早期的造血干 /祖细胞 。Objective: To investigate the expression of NG2 molecule in adult acute leukemia and its relationship with the clinical manifestations, immunophenotype and prognosis. Methods: Monoclonal antibody 7.1, which could recognize the human homologue of the rat NG2 chondroitin sulfate proteglycan molecule was used to screen the blast cells from 62 adults with adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and 24 with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) by flow cytometry. Results: 19.35% AML and 4.17% ALL bone marrow expressed the NG2 molecule. Blast cells expressing the NG2 occurred more frequently in FAB M 0 and M 1 ( P <0.05). NG2 positive AML more often expressed CD9, CD13 ( P <0.05) and CD34, CD38 ( P =0.1). NG2 indicated a poor outcome in both AML and ALL. Conclusion: The NG2 is likely expressed in the early hematopoietic cells and may potentially serve as a poor prognosis predictor.
