多毛细胞白血病的临床诊断

摘　　要：目的分析多毛细胞白血病的临床诊断要点。方法选择2007-2013年诊断的2例多毛细胞白血病患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者脾巨大,三系减少,外周血及骨髓均可见比例不等毛细胞。流式细胞CD 11 c、CD 25、CD 103、CD 19、CD 20、CD 22阳性。结论多毛细胞白血具有典型的形态学及巨脾特点,辅助流式细胞检查,可确诊。Objective To analyze the diagnosis point of hairy cell leukemia. Methods The clinical datas of two cases with hairy cell leukemia were retrospectively analyzed from 2007 to 2013. Results Patients had splenomegaly, three series of blood decreased. Hair cells were found in peripheral blood and bone marrow. Flow cytometry examination of CD 11 c, CD 25, CD 103, CD 19, CD 20, CD 22 were positive. Conclusion Hairy cell leukemia has the typical characteristics of morphology and splenomegaly, the disease can be diagnosed auxiliary flow cytometry examination.
