摘　　要：目的总结腹膜后外科层面的解剖特点在右半结肠癌根治切除术中的临床应用。方法选取2008年1月-2012年12月32例进展期右半结肠癌根治术的结果进行观察分析。结果围手术期无死亡病例,全部病例术中无1例副损伤。肝转移3例,局部复发2例。结论以融合筋膜间隙为主要外科平面,血管解剖明确、淋巴清扫彻底、外科平面清晰的手术方式值得在基层医院临床推广。Objective To summarize retroperitoneal surgical aspects of anatomical features in the clinical application of resection of the right half colon cancer effect a radical cure. Methods To observe and analyze the hospital from January 2008 to December 2012, 32 cases of radical resection of advanced colorectal cancer results. Results No patient died during the operation period;there were no side injury in all patients. But 3 cases of liver metastasis, local recurrence in 2 cases. Conclusion The fusion fascia space as the main surgical plane, vascular anatomy, and lymphatic clear clean thoroughly, clear surgical plane operation method is worth clinical popularizing in basic-level hospitals.
