摘　　要：当今经济发展大潮下,企业正面临着从资源依赖型和技术依附型向创新发展型企业的转变,人才资源作为推动企业改革的源动力,优秀的人才队伍成为企业发展的基石。本文分析了人才队伍建设对于企业发展的重要性,围绕人力资本运营中人才吸引、人才培养、人才使用、留住人才等多个环节分析了目前国有企业人才队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策,为企业进一步加强人才队伍建设提供决策参考。Under the current economic development tide, enterprises are faced with the transformation from resource and technology dependent to innovation development. Human resources are the driving force of enterprise reform and development, and excellent talent team has become the foundation of enterprise development. This paper analyzes the importance of talent team construction for enterprise development. It analyzes the problems in state-owned enterprise talent team construction from aspects of talents attracting, talents cultivation, talents using and talent retaining in human capital operation and puts forward the countermeasures, which provides reference for further strengthening the construction of talent team for the enterprise.
