摘　　要：十年前,高职工程造价专业从原工民建或土木专业分化出来,虽经过几年来的不段探索和发展,仍存在许多不尽如人意之处。其原因是多方面的,但其中一个重要原因是当前的工程造价专业的人才培养方案不尽符合造价工作特点,学生缺乏就业竞争力。本文仅就高职院校工程造价专业人才培养方案中的培养模式及课程体系构建等关键问题进行探讨。Ten years ago, the vocational construction cost diverged from the original industrial or civil professional differentiation. Ahhough after years of exploration and development, there are still a lot less than satisfactory. Its reasons are various, but one of the important reasons is the talents training scheme of current construction cost course does not meet the characteristics of cost works, and students lack of employment competitiveness. This article only discussed the key problems of training mode and curriculum system construction in construction cost course talent training scheme of higher vocational colleges.
