摘　　要：随着社会的发展及网络通讯的不断进步,网络教育规模不断扩大,取得了可喜的成果和经验,但是也存在着一些问题。为了进一步加强网络教育的管理规范程度,教育部研究决定对网络教育学生的部分公共课实施全国统一考试,简称"统考"。这样就给开展网络教育的高校提出了无法回避的研究课题,对报考网络教育专升本的学生也是一种挑战。With the development of the society and the advancement of network communication, the scale of network education expands unceasingly, and has made gratifying achievements and experience, but there are also some problems. In order to further strengthen the management standardization degree of network education, the ministry of education decided to implement the uni6ed national examination for common courses of network education students, referred to as ＂unified exam＂. To carry out nelwork education of colleges and universities, it puts forward the research subject, which is unable to avoid for the colleges who developed network education, and this is also a challenge for TOP-UP students.
