摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液和赫塞汀对HER-2阳性乳腺癌细胞SK-BR-3增殖和凋亡的影响。方法采用Western blot观察参芪扶正注射液与赫塞汀联合应用对体外培养的乳腺癌细胞HER-2表达的影响;采用MTT和流式细胞术分别检测其对乳腺癌细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。结果参芪扶正注射液与赫塞汀联合应用降低了HER-2表达,减少了细胞增殖,增加了细胞凋亡率。结论参芪扶正注射液与赫塞汀联合应用能抑制HER-2阳性乳腺癌细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡。Objective To evaluate the effect of Cenqifuzheng and herceptin on the proliferation and apoptosis of breast cancer cell SK-BR-3,which is HER-2 positive.Methods Western blot technique was used to observe the effect of the combination of Cenqifuzheng and herceptin on the expression of HER-2 in breast cancer cell cultured in vitro.MTT and flow cytometry were used to detect the combination of Cenqifuzheng and herceptin on the proliferation and apoptosis of breast cancer cells.Results The combination of Cenqifuzheng and herceptin reduced the expression of HER-2,decreased cell proliferation and promoted cell apoptosis rate.Conclusion The combination of Cenqifuzheng and herceptin could inhibit the proliferation of HER-2 positive breast cancer cell and promote its apoptosis.
