摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,应当努力成为学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友,他们具有教师和干部的双重身份。辅导员的这一角色定位决定了辅导员在扮演上述角色时将受到更多的角色冲突和认同的困扰,提升辅导员角色积极认同等具有一定的理论和实践意义。The college counselors are the organizers, perpetrators and mentors college students ideological and political education and management of daily work, students should strive to become a mentor and healthy growth of close friends, they have a dual role of teachers and cadres. The Role counselor counselor determines when to play these roles will be more role conflict and identity problems, enhance the role of positive identification, such as a counselor has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
