中风膏对缺血性脑卒中患者血小板聚集率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中风膏对急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集率的影响,并观察临床疗效。方法:将180例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组92例,口服中风膏+阿司匹林。对照组88例,仅口服阿司匹林,2组均连续使用14天为1个疗程。治疗效果根据NIHSS评分和血小板聚集率变化来评定。结果:治疗组患者的临床神经功能缺损评分变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05),2组均无明显不良反应。治疗2周后,2组患者血小板聚集率均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:中风膏具有抑制血小板聚集的作用,治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,能明显改善急性脑梗死的神经功能缺损。Objective： To discuss the effects of ZhongFeng ointment on the platelet aggregation rate of the pa- tients suffering fi＇om acute ischemic stroke and observe therapeutic effects. Method： All 180 patients were random- ized into the treatment group and the control group. All 92 cases of the treatment group took ZhongFeng ointment and aspirin, 88 cases of the control group aspirin, once per day, 14 days were one course of treatment. Clinical ef- fects were assessed by NIHSS scale and platelet aggregation rate. Result： Changes of NIHSS scale in the treatment group were remarkably superior to those of the control group （P〈0.05）, There were no adverse reaction in both groups. Platelet aggregation rate of both groups were lowered obviously after treating for two weeks （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ZhongFeng ointment could inhibit the aggregation of blood platelet and improve neurologic impairment of acute cerebral infarc- tion definitely, which is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
