摘 要:目的:通过对省、市、县和镇四级医院护士护理不良事件的发生及应对能力的调查,分析护理不良事件的产生原因和护士的应对能力,为各级医院完善护理安全管理,减少不良事件的发生提供参考依据。方法:抽取四级医院523名护士,采用问卷形式,调查护理不良事件的发生原因及护士的应对能力。结果:①镇医院不良事件发生率最高,各级医院的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②5年以下工龄的初级职称护士发生不良事件最多,各级医院的差异无统计学意义;③不良事件发生的主要原因是精神压力大,工作强度高和对工资福利待遇不满意;④四级医院护士对不良事件的应对能力强。结论:基层医院不良事件的发生率最高;低职称低工龄的护士是不良事件发生的高危人群;高风险、高压力、高强度和低社会经济地位是不良事件发生的深层次原因;各级医院护士对不良事件均有较强的应对能力。Objective: To analyze the causes of nursing adverse events and nurse's coping ability in hospitals of different levels for improving nursing safety. Methods: 523 nurses from 5 different hospitals were surveyed through a special questionnaire to investigae the causes of nursing adverse events and nurse's coping capacity. Results: Incidence rate of nursing adverse event in township hospital was the highest and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Most nursing adverse events happened in less junior nurses than 5 years standing in all the 5 hospitals. The difference was not statistically significant. The main causes were mental stress, high working intensity and dissatisfied wage and welfare. Nurses in all the hospitals had strong to copeing with adverse events capacity. Conclusion: More nursing adverse events occur in basic hospital. Junior nurses are the high-risk group of adverse events. High risk, high mental stress, heavy work and low socioeconomic status are the deep-seated causes of adverse events and the nurses of different hospitals had strong coping ability with adverse events.
