摘  要:目的:研究省、市、县和镇四个级别医院(四级医院)护士的现状满意度,发现问题和寻找对策。方法:通过对四级医院523名护士采用问卷调查、自主发表意见形式,获得不同医院护士现状满意度和工作态度的资料。结果:在四级医院中,对工作和精神压力满意度的人数百分比分别为12.8%、3.9%、23.1%和3.1%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对工资和福利待遇的满意度分别为34.6%、53.9%、33%和45.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);获得学习提高机会的满意度分别为25.6%.29.4%.30.8%和22.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对社会地位的满意度均达60%以上,对工作环境与职业安全的满意度均达75%以上,四级医院间差异均无统计学意义。四级医院多数护士工作态度好和护理质量高,与患者及其家属的沟通和协调能力强。结论:四级医院护士对工作和精神压力、工资和福利待遇以及获得学习提高机会的满意度较低。医院管理者可通过增加护理人员和提高福利待遇等措施,提高护士的现状满意度。Objective: To study the satisfaction degree of nurses about status of their jobs in four different level hospitals (province, city, county and town) for improving iob satisfaction. Methods: The data of satisfaction degree and work attitude were obtained by questionnaire survey and self-comment among 523 nurses in four level hospitals. Results: The percentage of nurses who were satisfied of the pressure of work four in level hospitals were 12.8%, 3.9%, 23.1% and 3.1% respectively (P﹤0.05), of wages and welfare were 34.6%, 53.9%, 33% and 45.8% respectively(P﹤0.05), of training and promotion were 25.6%.29.4%.30.8% and 22.3% respectively, (P 〉 0.05). The person percentage of satisfaction of social status were all more than 60% and the satisfaction of work environment and occupation safety all more than 75% in four level hospitals, there were no significant difference. The majority of nurses had good attitude of work, high quality of nursing and outstanding ability of communication and coordination in four level hospitals. Conclusion: There were discontent about the pressure of work, the wages and welfare and the opportunities of training and promotion among majority of nurses in four level hospitals. The administrators can improve the satisfaction of nurses by increasing nursing staff and their welfare.
