摘 要:研究漂浮栽培和基质栽培蔬菜方式对富营养化生活污水净化处理及固碳(降低空气CO2)的效果。试验以油麦菜(Lactucasativa)作为修复水体富营养化的植物,开展漂浮栽培和基质栽培试验,测定污水中的氨氮、磷酸盐、总磷含量和COD值,分析栽培植物对富营养化污水的净化能力及生长状况。结果表明,通过漂浮栽培和基质栽培处理后,污水中的氨氮、磷酸盐、总磷和COD含量14d后均显著降低,28d后,溧浮栽培与基质栽培处理对污水中氨氮和磷的净化效果最好,其含量较处理前降低68.1%-89.9%,固碳量较初始值高44.0%-72.8%。漂浮栽培和基质无土栽培两种处理间的净化效果及合成生物量(固碳量)无显著差异,均使富营养化污水达到国家地面水环境质量标准中的V类水质标准。Effects of floating and medium cultivation of vegetables on eutrophic sewage purification and carbon sequestration ( CO2 decrease in air) were studied. Using You-mai vegetable ( Lactuea sativa) as a repair eutrophication plant, floating and matrix cultivation experiments were conducted to determine the concentrations of total phosphor, ammonia nitrogen (AN) and COD in the domestic sewage and analyze the role of cultivated plants in growth and purification of eutrophic sewage. The results showed, after 28 days of cultivation, the purgative effect of floating culture and matrix culture was significantly better than that of the control. The TP and AN content were decreased by 68% -89%, and the carbon of the growing vegetable was significantly increased by 44% -72%. In sum, floating culture and matrix culture had no obvious difference on purification effects and carbon sequestration content, and they both made eutrophic sewage reach the standard of V grade water quality of national surface water quality standard.
