摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院手术室外无痛苦胃镜的风险评估和防范措施。方法回顾性分析我院2007年7月-2012年12月在胃镜室行无痛苦胃镜检查216例患者的资料,及其各环节存在风险的防范措施和效果。结果麻醉药物不良反应逐年减少,麻醉相关不良事件逐年减少,医疗风险逐年降低,胃镜室条件不断改善,建立和健全了有效的风险防范管理机制。结论对无痛胃镜检查风险进行评估和防范,能有效减少或避免麻醉相关不良事件,降低医疗风险,确保患者安全。Objective Explore the primary hospital outside the operating room without pain gastroscopy risk assessment and preventive measures. Methods Retrospectively analyzed in July 2007 -2012 in December in the no pain endoscopy room gastroscopy 216 cases of patient data and the continuous improvement of endoscopy room, the presence of various aspects of its assessment of the risks and propose preventive measures. Results Anesthesia decreasing adverse drug reactions, medical risks reduced year by year, endoscopy room conditions continue to improve, establish and improve effective risk prevention management mechanisms. Conclusion For painless gastroscopy risk assessment and preventive measures interventions can effectively reduce or avoid anesthesia-related adverse events, reduce medical risk and ensure patient safety.
