摘　　要：目的探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊对肝硬化自发性细菌性腹膜炎(SBP)患者肠粘膜屏障功能的保护作用。方法将70例乙肝后肝硬化SBP患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者入院后均予以保肝利尿、补充白蛋白和抗感染等常规治疗。观察组在此基础上加用双歧三联活菌肠溶胶囊420 mg/次,3次/d,连用2周。比较两组患者治疗前后血浆内毒素、PCT和DAO含量的变化,并进行临床疗效及不良反应的观察。结果治疗2周后,两组患者血浆内毒素、PCT和DAO含量均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度比对照组更明显(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.63,P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显的药物不良反应。结论双歧三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗肝硬化SBP患者安全有效,可调节肠道菌群分布,能保护和改善肠粘膜的屏障功能,具有辅助治疗肝硬化作用。Objective To explore the protective effect of bifid triple viable capsules on intestinal mucosal barrier of cirrhosis patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis （SBP）. Methods 70 cirrhosis patients with SBP were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All the patients got traditional treatment as liver protection, diuresis, albumin supply and anti-infection. The patients of observation group got extra treatment as taking bifid triple viable capsules orally 420 mg every time,3 times daily for 2 weeks. The plasma levels changes of endotoxin, PCT and DAO of the two groups were observed and compared, and so did the curative effect and adverse reaction. Results 2 weeks after treatment, compared with pretherapy, the blood endotoxin, PCT and DAO of the two groups reduced signifi- cantly（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ） , and there were significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total ef- fective rate of observation group was significant higher than that of control group （χ2 = 4. 63, P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reaction observed during the treatment of the two groups. Conelusion Treating cirrhosis patients with SBP by bifid triple viable capsules shows a good curative effect and high safety. Bifid triple viable capsules can regulate the alteration of intestinal flora,protect and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier,it can be a adjuvant therapy for cirrhosis treatment.
