摘　　要：目的探讨对缺血性卒中接受双联抗血小板治疗患者进行药学监护的方法。方法针对1例接受双联抗血小板治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者,结合相关文献,提出进行药学监护的重点。结果通过本次药学监护,对因阿司匹林抵抗而接受双联抗血小板治疗的老年患者用药方案有了新的认识,明确了药学监护的重点。结论双联抗血小板治疗较单药治疗不良反应较多,应通过科学的药学监护,提高用药安全性。Objective To discuss an approach of delivering pharmaceutical care for stroke patients who were given combination antiplatelet therapy, Methods A male patient with stroke was given combination antiplatelet tberapy. The focus of pharmaceutical care were discussed by literature review. Results With the practice of pharmaceutical care,the treatment for the senile patients who were given combination antiplatelet therapy for aspirin resistance was better understood, and the key points of pharmaceutical care were clarified. Conclusion As there are relatively more adverse drug reactions in combination of medications than single--agent approaches,reasonable pharmaceutical care should be delivered to ensure safety.
