摘　　要：目的研究不同因素对管碟法测定琥乙红霉素效价的影响及控制方法。方法按照《中国药品检验标准操作规范》的要求,分析了管碟法测定琥乙红霉素效价过程中对实验结果的影响因素。结果对实验过程中容易出现的问题进行了归纳,并提出了相应的控制方法。结论在管碟法测定琥乙红霉素效价的过程中,只要控制影响因素,采取相应措施,就能够使测量结果更加准确,保证实验结果可靠性。Objective To study the different factors on the influence factors and control methods of titer determination for erythromycin ethylsuecinate by cylinder - plate method. Methods According to Chinese Drug Inspection Standard Oper- ation Specification,to analyze the influence factors of the experimental results for erythromycin ethylsuecinate with cylinder -plate method. Results The problems in the experiment were summarized,and put forward the corresponding control measures. Conclusion In the evaluation by cylinder - plate method for erythromycin ethylsuccinate, as long as the control- ling factors and adopting corresponding measures can make more accurate measurements to ensure the reliability of experi- mental results.
