泮妥拉唑联合丽珠胃三联根除幽门螺杆菌临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析泮妥拉唑与丽珠胃三联联合根治幽门螺杆菌的效果。方法随机将92例幽门螺杆菌病人分为联合组(泮妥拉唑、丽珠胃三联)、单一组(将泮妥拉唑、甲硝唑、阿莫西林根治)。结果联合组根除效果优于单一组(P<0.05)。结论将泮妥拉唑和丽珠胃三联联合起来根治幽门螺杆菌效果好。Objective To analyze the effect of Pantoprazole combined with Livzon weisanlian in the eradication of helicobacter pylori. Methods 92 cases of helicobacter pylori patients were randomly divided into the joint group （treated with Pantoprazole and Livzon weisanlian）, and the single group （treated with Pantoprazole, Metronidazole and Amoxicillin ）.Results The joint group＇s ef- fect of eradication of helicobacter pylori was better than that of the single group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with Livzon weisanlian have better effect of eradicating helicobacter pylori.
