摘　　要：目的探讨普拉克索对帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将该院收治的帕金森患者100例按照入院时间随机均分实验组与对照组,实验组用普拉克索对患者进行治疗,在对照组中用溴隐亭治疗,对比分析其疗效结果。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率为90%,而治疗组总有效率为78%,经比较两者差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论普拉克索治疗帕金森疾病疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Methods 100 cases of patients with Parkinson＇s disease admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly and equally according to the admission time. The observation group was treated with pramipexole and the control group was treated with bromocriptine. And the treatment effect was compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group is 90%, while that of the control group is 78%. By comparing the results, the difference is significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of pramipexole on Parkinson＇s disease is remarkable, and which is worth promoting.
