民办高等院校职业指导教学的“985”模式——以江西科技学院为例

摘  要:高等院校职业指导教学经过从部分学院的试点到全校的推广,从技巧性内容的传授到概念性理论的学习,从无教学计划的讲座到分学期分年级的系统规划,这使得职业指导教学更加完善,更好地符合人才培养的需要。在总结民办高校职业指导教学的相关经验中,通过与公办高校的比较和学习,提出构建民办高校职业指导教学的"985"模式,从教学准备、教学形式、教学内容等方面开展职业指导教学,以更好地培养社会需要的大学生人才。Private universities' career guidance teaching is transformed from experimental stage in several colleges to the whole university, from the teaching of technical content to the study of conceptual theory, from the lecture without teaching plan to systematic planning of different semesters and grades. These improve the career guidance teaching a lot and make it better conform to the demand of talent cultivation. In the summarization of relative experience of private university 'career guidance teaching, this article proposes the "985"model which could construct career guidance teaching of private university through the comparison and learning from public university, and carry on career guidance teaching from the aspect of teaching preparation, form and content, so as to better cultivate college student's talent to meet social demands.
