摘　　要：目的:探讨GnRH类似物阿拉瑞林对肝癌细胞Hsp90表达的影响及其意义。方法:用不同浓度GnRH类似物阿拉瑞林刺激HepG2肝癌细胞并观察其增殖阻抑作用;免疫组织化学方法检测HepG2肝癌细胞Hsp90表达的变化。结果:Hsp90在GnRH促进HepG2肝癌细胞凋亡的过程中表达减少并与时间呈正相关。结论:GnRH可能通过降调Hsp90发挥其对HepG2肝癌细胞的增殖阻抑作用。Objective To explore the effect and significance of GnRH analogue on the exD-ssion of Hsp90 in HepG2 hepatocareinoma cell.Methods Different concentrations of GnRH analogue Alarelin stimulate the HepG2 cells and observe the proliferation inhibitory effect; Immunohistochemical method was employed to detect the expression of Hsp90 in HepG2 hepatocarcinoma cell.Results GnRH analogue can promote the apoptosis of HepG2 hepatocareinoma cell,the expression of Hsp90 decrease and positively relate with time.Conclusion GnRH may exert its inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG2 hepatoeareinoma cell by downregulate the expression of Hsp90.
