摘  要:医院博士后科研工作站是培养医疗高端人才的重要载体,做好博士后工作是医院高端技术人才培养、使用和储备的新途径。通过博士后培养,不仅可以稳定医院高级人才队伍,更使高层次人才的培养、使用和储备相辅相成,形成有机整体。笔者就就如何做好博士后工作站的管理工作、培养和引进博士后应注意的问题等进行了简要的分析。It is of strategic significance to train, use and stockpile high - end talents for the development of a hospital. The hos- pital~ post - doctoral scientific research workstation is an important carrier of cultivating medical talents, and attaching impor- tance to postdoctoral work is a new way for the hospital to train and reserve high - end technical talents. The postdoctoral train- ing can not only stabilize the senior hospital personnel, but also make the training, use and reserving of high level talents being complement each other thus forming an organic whole. The authors have made some analysis on how to do well the postdoctoral workstation management, and on things that attention should be paid to the cultivation and introduction of postdoctoral person- nel.
