新时期高校高水平运动员培养的发展模式探究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、比较分析等研究方法,从科学发展的视角对现行高水平运动员的培养模式进行系统剖析,借鉴国内外高校高水平运动员培养的成功经验,试图构建适合我国新时期高水平运动员培养的模式,并从高水平运动员培养的目标定位入手,对我国高校高水平运动员培养的机制建设进行探讨,以期对新时期我国高校高水平运动员培养提供理论参考.By means of literature and comparative analysis,analyses and evaluation have been conducted of the current cultivation mode of high level athletes in universities and colleges from the scientific development perspective by the numbers to construct the cultivation mode of high level athletes in universities and colleges in the new period of China with the successful experience of high level athletes in universities and colleges from home and abroad.The mechanism of the construction of high level athletes in universities and colleges in the new period of China has been explored,starting with the target location of high level athletes in universities and colleges.By this means,we hope that it can provide some conferences for the cultivation of high level athletes universities and colleges in the new period.
