引进境外优质教学资源 推动开放大学建设

摘　　要：合理引进境外优质远程教育教学资源并在此基础上合作开发以促进资源的规范性、科学性、适用性,推进开放大学教学资源的优化。天津电大民生学院引进台湾空中大学生活科学类课程教学资源近四年的实践,为此提供了有益的启示。Reasonable introduction to oversea teaching resource can push on our Open University construction. On the basis of instruction, development cooperation with Taiwan can promote the resources specific, scientific and suitable. Through the practice of nearly four years, the Livelihood School of Tianjin Open University introduced the teaching resources of life science from Taiwan province of our country, which provides some profitable enlightenment for us.
