关于农村干部学历教育教学管理的思考

摘　　要：通过分析国内农村干部学历教育教学管理方面的突出问题,以"羊城村官上大学"工程教学管理为例,介绍广州农村干部学历教育在理念、模式、方法、师资等方面的实践,总结其提升教学质量及效果的经验,从教学管理的细节提出如何创新培养模式、提升教学质量、优化教学服务等建议。以期提供可借鉴、可推广的农村干部学历教育教学管理模式。The author analyzes the problems in teaching management of domestic rural cadre education. Taking the project teaching management of ＂Yangcheng Village Official University＂ as an example, the paper introduces the experience of Guangzhou rural cadre education in the aspects of optimizing the teaching idea, teaching mode, teaching staff, teaching meth- ods, summarizes the experience to improve the teaching quality and effect. Meanwhile, the essay also provides reference to promote the rural cadres education teaching management mode for the same kind of education project.
