摘　　要：甘孜州基础音乐教育受自然条件、区域位置、经济水平、社会发展等诸多因素的影响,发展严重滞后。笔者通过调查了解,分析产生问题的原因,结合甘孜州基础教育的现状提出相应对策供参考。Influenced by the natural, regional, economic, and social conditions in Garze Prefecture, the compulsory music education is relatively backward. Then according to the survey, this article probes into the deep reasons and puts forward some countermeasures to all the problems in the actuality.
