大跨径整孔预制连续箱梁结构体系转换工序研究

摘  要:整孔预制箱梁在结构体系转换中,湿接缝混凝土与预制梁混凝土之间存在不可忽略的龄期差,从而导致两者混凝土的收缩、徐变系数不同,等效弹性模量不同,进而影响体系的应力及线形变化。合龙预应力钢筋的张拉顺序同样对结构受力存在影响。结合广深沿江高速机场特大桥60m跨整体预制箱梁,选取不同的湿接缝浇筑时间和合龙预应力张拉顺序,分析不同工序对结构体系产生的影响,从而得到大跨径整孔预制连续箱梁体系转换的合理工序。During the structural system-conversion process of the overall-precast box girder,the age difference between cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete beam can be ignored,because the difference will lead to different concrete shrinkage and creep coefficients,with different equivalent elastic modulus,and lead to the change of the stress and linear of the system.The sequence of the folded prestressed tension will also have an affection on the mechanical behavior.Based on the 60m span precast box girder of the Guanshen Highway Bridge,different casting time of the cast-in-place concrete and different sequences of the folded prestressed tension are selected to analyze the impact of different processes on the structural system.At last,the reasonable process will be recommended to the structural system-conversion of the long-span overall-precast box girder.
