摘　　要：【目的】探讨质量追踪评价体系在急诊护士培训中的应用价值。【方法】根据质量追踪评价体系，制定急诊护士培训标准和内容，采用基础培训与质量追踪法对抢救现场进行追踪、反馈、培训、再追踪，3个月后比较培训前后护士急救理论、技能考核成绩及医患对护理工作满意度的差异。【结果】急诊护士培训后的急救理论及技能考核成绩、医患对护理工作的满意度高于培训前（P〈0．05）。【结论】质量追踪评价体系改变护士传统的培训模式，更贴近临床护理工作，能快速提高护士的急救理论与技能，赢得患者及医生的信任与满意，从而保证医疗护理安全。[Objective] To explore the value of quality assessment system（QAS） applied in emergency nurse train- ing. [Methods] According to QAS, the emergency nurse training standards and content were formulated. Basic training and quality tracking method were used for tracking, feedback, training and re-tracking at rescue spot. Nursing rescue the- ory knowledge, skill test results and patient satisfaction to nursing work after 3 months were compared. [Results] Nurs- ing rescue theory knowledge, skill test results and patient satisfaction to nursing work after nurs~ training were higher than those before nurse training（ P d0.05）. [Conclusion] QAS can change the traditional nurse training mode, and is more near to clinical nursing work, and rapidly improve rescue theory knowledge and skill, and obtain the trust and satisfaction of patients and physician. In hence, it ensures safe medical nursing.
