摘 要:案件代理困境让立法诊所成为法律诊所教学中的一种选择,地方立法的快速发展为地方立法诊所课程开设提供了基础。以地方立法实践为教学的主要内容,启发式教学与小组式学习有机结合,"双联合"的教学师资团队,多元化的教学效果是地方立法诊所教育的特点。要深化地方立法项目诊所教学改革,可从建立介入地方立法实践的渠道,完善地方立法诊所课程的教学方案,优化教学评价内容与方法以及教学质量保障体系四方面入手。Today, the predicament in the inadequacy of representative, which we meet in the clinical legal ed- ucation, makes clinical legal education in legislation a second choice. Further more, the fast development of local legislation has committed to providing substantial support to this education. Clinical legal education in legislation fo- cuses on the local legislation, combining various methods in teaching and study, such as elicitation, group study, a mixed teaching faculty consisting of both academic and practical teachers. Now, it still needs to deepen the reform of the clinical legal education in legislation. Therefore, we should start with the following four aspects: establishing channel to the local legislation, refining the teaching scheme, optimizing teaching content and evaluation methods, and sticking to the quality of teaching and learning.
