摘　　要：高校图书馆既是图书馆系统的重要成员,也是高校的重要组成部分。高校图书馆应该借鉴企业的知识管理经验,实现从图书实体管理向图书知识管理转变,使高校内部获取、传递、推广利用图书知识的流程简洁明了,以提升本单位的综合竞争力。A university library is an important member of the file system and also an important part of the university. It should borrow the experience of knowledge management of enterprises and converse its management from physical books to knowledge to simplify the process of obtaining, spreading and utilizing the knowledge and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the library.
