摘  要:研究在相对湿度为(75±5)%,温度分别为室温(作为对照)、25℃、30℃、35℃条件下赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫的耐饥性.结果表明,温度在25~30℃范围内,赤拟谷盗成虫的耐饥力均随处理温度升高而下降,不同温度间差异显著;赤拟谷盗幼虫的耐饥力在不同处理温度间差异不显著.在相同处理温度条件下,赤拟谷盗成虫耐饥性显著大于幼虫,雌虫显著大于雄虫.在处理温度为25℃时,赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫耐饥时间最长,雌虫平均为40.47 d,个别可达55.00 d,雄虫平均为33.10 d,个别可达51.00 d,幼虫平均为6.50 d.在处理温度为35℃时成虫和幼虫耐饥时间均最短,雌虫平均为23.83 d,雄虫平均为17.85 d,幼虫平均为4.70 d.The paper studied the starvation tolerance of Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)adults and larvae at room temperature(as a control),25 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃ and at(75±5)% relative humidity. The results showed that, at 25 to 30 ℃,the starvation tolerance of T. castaneum adults decreased as the treatment temperature rose,and the starvation tolerance of T. castaneum larvae had no significant difference at different temperatures. At the same treatment temperature,the starvation tolerance of T. castaneum adults was stronger than that of T. castaneum larvae,and the starvation tolerance of T. castaneum females was stronger than that of T. castaneum males. At 25 ℃,the T. castaneum adults and larvae exhibited the strongest starvation tolerance; and the average starvation tolerance period was 40.47 days(longest period 55.00 days) for females,33.10 days(longest period 51.00 days) for males and 6.50 days for larvae,respectively. At 35 ℃,the T. castaneum adults and larvae exhibited the shortest starvation tolerance periods,and the average starvation tolerance period was 23.83 days for females, 17.85 days for males and 4.70 days for larvae,respectively.
