组织因子和癌基因Her-2在胃腺癌中的过表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织中组织因子(tissue factor,TF)和人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,Her-2)的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学(IHC)SP染色法检测TF和Her-2在134例胃癌组织中的表达。分析TF和Her-2表达的关系及二者与临床病理指标的关系。结果:TF和Her-2在134例胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为67.9%和16.4%。TF蛋白表达阳性与肿瘤大小呈正相关;Her-2蛋白表达与肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);TF及Her-2表达阳性与胃癌分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结是否转移呈正相关。结论:TF和Her-2高表达的胃癌组织病理学恶性程度更高,更易发生淋巴结转移。Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of tissue factor（TF） and human epidermal growth factor receptor - 2 （ Her - 2 ） in gastric cancer. Methods ： The expression of TF and Her - 2 was detected in 134 cases of gastric cancer tissue by immunohistochemieal staining（ SP method）. Their relationship with clini- calpathological was analyzed. Results： The positive expression rates of TF and Her - 2 in gastric cancer tissues were 67.9% and 16.4% respectively. The expressionss of TF was closely associated with tumor size,but Her -2 was not; The expressions of TF and Her - 2 were all correlated with histological grade,lymph node metastasis and staging, the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Patients with high expressions of TF and Her -2 are prone to have higher histopathologic malignant degree and lymph node metastasis in gastric carcer. TF and Her -2 may be involved in tumorigenesis and progression of gastric cancer, they may collaboratively regulate invasion and metastasis process in gastric cancer.
