摘　　要：目的:评价多西紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗进展期胃癌疗效。方法:试验组采用多西他赛联合希罗达方案姑息化疗,对照组采用DCF方案姑息化疗,比较两种方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效。结果:试验组及对照组患者有效率分别为38.24%和29.41%,两组之间未见统计学差异。两组患者在手足综合征和Ⅲ-Ⅳ骨髓抑制方面有统计学差异。结论:多西他赛联合卡培他滨方案一线治疗进展期胃癌疗效肯定,毒副反应能耐受。Objective ： To evaluate the effect of docetaxel plus capecitab - ine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods：The experimental group was treated by Xeloda and palliative chemotherapy, in the control group by DCF program, to observe the effect of the two groups. Results ： The effective rates of the experimental group and control group were 38.24% and 29.41% , no significant difference between the two groups. There were significant differences of two groups in Ⅲ - Ⅳ grade bone marrow suppression and hand - foot syndrome. Conclusion： Docetaxel combined with eapeeitabine can be used as the first -line treatment program of advanced gastric cancer,and the toxicity can be tolered.
