摘　　要：目的:探讨黏液炎症性纤维母细胞肉瘤的临床病理特征、生物学行为及预后。方法:对1例黏液炎症性纤维母细胞肉瘤的临床、病理和免疫学表型进行观察、分析及文献复习。结果:黏液炎症性纤维母细胞肉瘤好发与肢体末端,肿瘤组织内可见黏液样区域及梭形细胞区域,可见一些奇异性细胞,形似多空泡脂肪母细胞和R-S细胞。结论:黏液炎症性纤维母细胞肉瘤是一种极其少见的低度恶性肿瘤。其诊断依赖于组织病理学、免疫组化,并须结合其临床资料。Objective： To investigate the clinicopathological features of myxoinflammatory fibroblastic sarcoma （MIFS） and its behaviour and prognosis. Methods：The clinical data was analysed on one case of MIFS with review of the literature. Results：The tumor was located in the dorsum of the right forearm. Histologically, the tumor had characteristic ganglion - like cells, Reed - Sternberg - like cells. Conclusion ： MIFS is a very rare tumor with low - grade malignancy, the definite diagnosis should be based on the histopathological and immunohistochemical features. Its clinical manifestation should also be taken into account.
