摘　　要：HPV作为宫颈癌发病的明确病因已受到医学界的广泛关注。目前已发现的HPV有120余种,研究证实不同型别HPV所表现的生物学特征和致病性有明显差别,因此明确HPV感染与疾病的相互关系,对认识不同病毒致病特点、有针对性的采取预防和治疗措施有非常重要的意义。HPV has received the extensive concern of the academia as the clear reason of cervical cancer. Nowadays there are more than 120 species of HPV has been founded. Studies confirm different HPV subtypes have significantly different pathogenicity and biological characteristics. So it was very important to revile the interrelation between HPV infection and carcinogenesis,this viii help us to prevention and treatment in more accurate way.
