阴囊内大体积表皮样囊肿1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴囊内大体积表皮样囊肿的疾病特点,提高对阴囊内大体积表皮样囊肿的临床诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析1例阴囊内大体积表皮样囊肿患者临床资料,男,50岁,发现右侧阴囊内肿物40余年,呈进行性长大。右侧阴囊内可触及直径约为7.0cm大小椭圆形肿物,界清,质硬,触痛阴性。阴囊彩超提示右侧阴囊内有囊性肿物,大小约7.7cm×4.7cm×5.0cm,与睾丸界清。在腰硬联合麻醉下行右侧阴囊内肿物切除术。结果:术后患者预后良好。切除病变组织送病检,证实为阴囊内表皮样囊肿。结论:阴囊内表皮样囊肿是阴囊罕见的良性肿瘤,一般无明显不适,肿物可缓慢生长,目前确诊依赖于术后病检。对于阴囊内表皮样囊肿应尽早手术切除,但易复发,应长期随访。Objective：To investigate the characteristics of large epidermoid cyst in scrotum in order to improve the level of its clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method： One case of large epidermoid cyst in scrotum was reported and the related literatures were reviewed in order to analyze and summarize the patient＇s data. The patient was a 50-year-old male. He had been found the right scrotal mass for more than 40 years, which developed progressive- ly. Physical examination showed that there was a oval mass in the right side of the scrotum whose diameter was a- bout 7.0 cm with clear boundary, hard texture, no tenderness. Color doppler ultrasound of scrotum indicated that cystic neoplasm was in the right scrotum whose size was 7.7 cm× 4.7 cm× 5.0 cm, and its boundary was clear with testis. Under the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, a complete surgical excision was performed. Result： The male recovered well. His resected lesion was send to do pathological examination and proved to be scrotal epi- dermoid cyst. Conclusion：Scrotal epidermoid cyst is a rare benign tumor of the scrotum that grow slowly. The dis- ease generally has no obvious discomfort symptoms. The diagnosis depends on the pathological examination of the resected lesion. Large epidermoid cyst in scrotum should be resected as soon as possible. However, long-term fol- low-up plan is needed for its significantly higher incidence of relapse.
