摘　　要：以麦可思公司2008至2012届全国法学专业本科毕业生就业情况的调查数据为基础,统计分析近五年法学专业本科毕业生的就业现状。进而对造成这一现状的深层原因进行探析,法学专业在本世纪的发展规模增长过快而教育模式滞后之间的矛盾是根本原因,基于此,改革教育模式,加强职业教育势在必行。based on the Survey of law major graduates＇ employment, carried out by MyCOS, the paper analyses the employment situation of the law major graduates in the recent 5 years. Thus the paper probes the fundamental cause for such a condition, the contradiction between the excessive growth of law major and the delay of educational model development. So the educational model should be reformed and occupational education be enforced.
