摘　　要：通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法对吉林省农村中小学体育教师的师资现状进行了全面的调查,以期能够稳定吉林省农村中小学体育师资结构,从而更好的发展吉林省中学学校体育。Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and field survey, this paper makes investigation on current situation of PE teachers in rural primary and middle school teachers in order to stable structure of Jilin province rural sports teachers of primary and middle schools, so as to better the develop- ment of school physical education in Jilin province.
