摘　　要：近年来过敏性鼻炎在全世界的发病率呈上升趋势,已成为各国医疗支出的重要负担。有关过敏性鼻炎的病因、发病机制及治疗等方面尚有很多问题亟待解决,而过敏性鼻炎的遗传学研究是发现新的致病机制、指导临床预防及探索药物靶向治疗途径的有效手段。本文旨在对过敏性鼻炎的遗传学研究方法和研究进展作一概述。Allergic rhinitis is a disease of high prevalence and has exhibited a fairly rapid upward trend all over the world. This high prevalence translates into a high cost to society. There are still some unanswered questions related to the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of allergic rbinitis. The genetic study of allergic rhinitis is an effective way to detect novel mechanism, prevention and personalized drug therapy in allergic rhinitis individuals. The aim of this review is to elaborate on the methods and progress of the genetic study on allergic rhinitis.
