囊肿前壁切除加局部开窗术治疗耳廓假性囊肿(附26例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓假性囊肿前壁软骨切除、局部开窗及"荷包"加压术在治疗耳廓假性囊肿的作用。方法回顾性分析26例采用上述方法治疗的耳廓假性囊肿患者临床资料,通过随访观察耳廓的局部情况,分析其疗效。结果所有病例均随访4-36个月,26例患者均痊愈,均未发生囊肿复发、耳廓感染及畸形。结论耳廓假性囊肿前壁软骨切除加局部开窗及"荷包"加压术治疗耳廓假性囊肿具有操作方便、疗效确切、可实施性强等优点,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of the surgical treatment of removing anterior auricular cartilage, punching both local anterior wall skin and posterior cartilage and packing on auricular pseudocyst. Methods Retrospective analysis of 26 cases with the clinical data by using the operation methods as above-mentioned in our department, follow-up observing the local circumstance of auricle and then analyzing the effect. Results All 26 patients were followed up for 4 to 36 months. All were cured. Neither recurrence nor infections and malformation were happened. Conclusion The surgery of re- moving anterior auricular cartilage, punching both local anterior wall skin and posterior cartilage and packing to treat auricle pseudocyst has competitive advantage because it can be conveniently to operate, effectively to cure and easily to carry out, which has great value in clinical aDnlication.
