摘　　要：目的:探讨局部切除术治疗十二指肠乳头肿瘤的安全性。方法:收集2002年4月至2012年10月在郑州大学第一附属医院采用局部切除术治疗十二指肠乳头肿瘤的41例患者的临床资料,对其进行回顾性分析。结果:术后病理结果是良性肿瘤24例,十二指肠乳头癌17例,24例良性病变术后患者恢复良好,17例乳头癌患者中15例随访1～11 a,其5年生存率为73.3%(11/15)。结论:对于十二指肠乳头肿瘤,局部切除术是一种安全、可行、有效的手术方式。Objective： To explore the security of local resection for duodenal papillary tumor. Methods ： 41 patients with duodenal papillary tumor receiving local resection in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2002 to October 2012 were selected and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 24 patients were diagnosed as benign tumor and 17 patients were duodenal papillary tumor according to the postoperative pathological results. 24 pa- tients with benign lesions recovered well after the operation. 15 cases were followed up for 1 to 11 years in the 17 patients with duodenal papillary tumor and the 5 years survival rate was 73.3% （11/15）. Conclusion： Local resection is safe, feasible and effective for duodenal papillary tumor.
