摘　　要：目的探讨鼻腔内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造瘘术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效和安全性。方法对我院2012年1月至2013年1月鼻腔内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造瘘术治疗慢性泪囊炎的83例(95只眼)患者进行回顾性研究,观察其疗效和安全性。结果治愈86只眼(90.53%),好转7只眼(7.37%),无效2只眼(2.10%)。所有病例均经6个月以上随访,效果满意。结论鼻腔内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造瘘术治疗慢性泪囊炎安全、有效。Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of endoscopic endonasal dacryocystothinostomy in the treatment for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods We retrospectively studied the curative effect and safety of endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy in 83 cases （ 95 eyes ） of chronic dacryeeystitis that were treated between January 2012 and January 2013 in our hospital. Results Eighty-six eyes were cured （90.53%）, seven eyes get improved （7.37%）, and 2 eyes had no change （ 2.10% ）. All cases are followed over 6 months. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat chronic dacryocystitis with endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinestomy.
