二根龙蛭汤对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑组织微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的观察二根龙蛭汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织微循环的影响。方法将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组和对照组,采用栓线法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,假手术组切开颈部皮肤后缝合。造模后治疗组采用二根龙蛭汤灌胃,对照组采用吡拉西坦片灌胃治疗。治疗后第7天进行水迷宫实验后处死大鼠,断头取脑,采用酶联免疫法观察大鼠脑组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)变化情况。结果治疗组大鼠逃避潜伏期较模型组和对照组明显缩短,穿越平台次数明显增加(P均<0.05),VEGF含量明显升高(P均<0.05)。结论二根龙蛭汤能改善脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠学习记忆功能。这一作用可能是通过提高脑组织内VEGF含量从而改善脑组织微循环来实现的。Objective It is to observe the influence of Ergen Longzhi soup on cerebral microcirculation in ischemic reper- fusion model rats. Methods SD rats were selected and randomly divided into sham-operation group, model control group, treatment group and control group. After the ischemic reperfusion model were produced by Suture-occluded method, the rats were treated with Ergen Longzhi soup in treatment group, Piracetam tablets in control group, and nothing in control group, the animals in sham-operation group were cut neck skin and sutured. At the 7th day, the water maze experiment was executed in all animals, and then All rats were sacrificed for brain to observe the change of cerebral Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）. Results Compared with control group and model group, the escape latency （EL） of rats in treatment group were significantly reduced and through the platform number were obviously increased （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , the VEGF levels were obvi- ously increased （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ergen Longzhi soup can improve the learning and memory function of cerebral ische- mia reperfusion model rats, it may achieve though enhance the VEGF levers in cerebral and improve the brain microcircula- tion.
