摘  要:目的观察复方丹参滴丸对高血压兔冠状动脉舒缩功能的影响。方法以去甲肾上腺素(NE)灌流离体高血压兔冠状动脉环,观察复方丹参滴丸对NE致离体高血压免冠状动脉舒缩功能的影响。结果复方丹参滴丸能抑制NE引起的离体高血压兔冠状动脉收缩,10-4mol/L和10-3mol/L复方丹参滴丸可使NE引起的内源性钙收缩张力分别下降至(0.31±0.06)g和(0.68±0.08)g,其降低百分率分别为(17.21±6.31)%和(28.53±6.94)%,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸可抑制NE对高血压兔冠状动脉收缩作用,其作用机制与血管平滑肌细胞电压依赖性钙通道和受体操纵钙通道介导的外钙内流和内钙释放的作用有关。Objective It is to observe the influence of compound Danshen dripping pill on coronary artery diastolic func- tion of rabbit with hypertension. Methods The coronary artery rings of rabbit with hypertension were per:fuse through by nor ep- inephrine (NE) in vitro, then the influence of compound Danshen dripping pills on isolated coronary vasomotor function of hy- pertensive rabbit induced by NE were observed. Results The isolated hypertension rabbit coronary artery contraction induced by NE was inhibited by compound Danshen dripping pills, the tension of endogenous calcium contraction caused by NE were de- creased to (0.31 ±0.06) g and (0.68 ±0.08) g by 1 ×10^-4 and 1 ×10^- 3 mol/L compound danshen pill respectively, the lower percentage was (17.2 ± 6.31 ) % and (28.53± 6.94) % respectively, there were significant difference compared with model group ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Compound Danshen pill can inhibit coronary artery systolic function of NE on hyper- tension rabbit, and the mechanism is related to vascular smooth muscle cell voltage dependent calcium channel and acceptor controlled calcium channels mediated by calcium influx and intracellular calcium release effect.
