摘　　要：变压器铁芯横剪线是变压器生产的专用设备,乔格400型变压器铁芯横剪线是由德国生产于19世纪80年代,其原有控制器包括大量模拟、数字元器件和单片机,随着设备使用年限的增长,大部分元器件严重老化,因此引起了非常高的故障率。现运用欧姆龙PLC对该系统进行改造升级,并且引入模糊PID对送料辊电机进行控制,使该设备能够正常自动运行,满足生产需要。仿真和现场运行表明:方案设计合理,系统运行稳定,控制精度高,具有良好的性能和控制效果。Core transverse shear line of transformer is the special equipment for transformer production. Core transverse shear line of Georg 400 transformer is produced by German in the 1880s. Its original controller in- cludes a large number of analog and digital components and microprocessor. With increasing the life of equip- ment, most of the components are aging and lead to a very high failure rate. Currently OMRON PLC is used for upgrading the system, and the fuzzy PID feed rollers motor control is introduced, so that the device can normally run to meet production needs. Simulation and operation show that the design is reasonable, the system is stable, and has high precision with good performance and control effect.
