摘 要:农村居民点土地集约利用是当前新农村建设中的重要问题。本文以济南市为例,选取农村居民点布局紧凑度、农村居民点投入强度、土地利用强度、土地利用产出等因素,构建农村居民点土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价法对农村居民点土地利用集约度进行了评价,为了增强某些重要评价因素的显著性,采用障碍诊断方法分析制约农村居民点土地集约利用的限制因素。结果表明,济南市农村居民点土地利用可划分为3个集约等级,其中城乡结合部经济相对发达地区的农村居民点土地集约利用水平高于其他地区;影响济南市农村居民点土地集约利用的主要障碍因素为农民年人均纯收入、人均农村居民点用地面积、公共设施建设状况、农村居民点用地综合容积率和农村道路密度。研究结果可为济南市农村建设规划和农村居民点整理提供参考。Intensive rural residential land use is an important issue of new countryside construction. Taking Jihan city as an example, an evaluation index system is established by selecting factors such as compact degree of rural settlements, intensity of investment in rural residential, land use intensity and land -use output to evaluate the rural residential land intensive degree with the multi -factor comprehensive evaluation method. Furthermore, in order to enhance the significance of some important evaluation factors, the obstacles diagnostic method is used to analyze the factors which restrict intensive rural residential land use. The research results show that the rural res- idential land in Jihan city is divided into 3 rank regions. The rural residential land intensive degree in developed urban- rural fringe area is higher than that in other areas. The main obstacle factors restricting intensive rural residential land use are Per capita net income of farmers, Per capita rural residential land area, condition of pub- lie facilities, rural residential land comprehensive volume fraction and rural road density. This research results can provide reference for countryside construction planning and rural residential land consolidation in Jihan city.
