第六次科技革命给生命伦理学带来的挑战与发展机遇

摘　　要：科学界预见第六次科技革命即将在未来10年左右的时间内到来,这场新科技革命也被称为是一次新生物学革命,将对人类社会的诸多方面产生影响。其也将对生命伦理学带来冲击和挑战:生命的概念需要重新定义,生命神圣性需要重新认识,家庭与生育的观念应更新,婚姻的社会意义需要反思,人为干预生命的伦理制衡,重新审视性别的价值属性。对这些挑战进行分析并提出对策:加强新科技革命对生命伦理学冲击和影响的理论探索,亟需对生命伦理学现有原则和规范进行全面梳理与界定,尽快建立顺应新科技革命发展要求的生命伦理学新框架,与时俱进树立与新科技革命相适应的非自然进化生命观,在突破新科技革命带来的生命伦理困境中建构新的哲学理念。Scientific community predicts that the sixth scientific and technological revolution will come within ten years, which is also known as a new biological revolution and will certainly produce numerous significant impacts and challenges for human society as well as Bioethics ： the concept of life need to be redefined, sanctity of life need to be re - recognized, the idea of family and fertility should be updated, the social significance of marriage need to be reflected, ethics of the intervention of life need to be discussed, the value of the gender attributes also need to be re - examined. The authors put forward countermeasures： strengthening the theory exploration of new revolution of science and technology on ethics and bioethics, urgently define the existing principles of Bioethics, establish new life ethical framework, set up a non - natural evolution viewpoint and construct new philosophy while in the breakthrough of ethical dilemma caused by new technology revolution.
