摘　　要：利用已有的关于医患不信任的研究成果,综合运用问卷调研、个案研究以及思辨研究相结合的方法,系统研究现实的医患信任关系:完善医患信任关系的概念,深入剖析医患不信任现象背后的成因链条,在破解医患不信任迷局的基础之上提出构建医患信任关系的基本对策:走出医患不信任关系的认识误区、营造医学执业"诚信"生态、提升个人"诚信素质"。Based on the existing research results of doctor - patient distrust, this paper used the method of combining the questionnaire survey, ease study and thought differentiating research, comprehensively and systemat- icly studied the realistic relationship of doctor - patient trust, perfecting the concept and insight into the behind causes of the doctor - patient distrust phenomenon. After that, the authors proposed the countermeasures ： throwing away the misunderstanding of doctor - patient trust, building the honesty atmosphere in medical activities and improving individual honesty quality.
