摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和企业对高端技能型人才需求的不断加大,我院将专业课程体系的结构重组,并明确了课程在人才培养方案中的地位与性质。《交直流调速系统的运行维护与检修》以工学结合为切入点,围绕培养目标,依托兵工行业,深化校企共育,明确了课程体系定位,进行设计课程教学环节,在课程改革中成效显著,并成功申报为自治区级精品课程。With China＇s rapid social and economic development and enterprise demand for high-skilled personnel continues to increase, the institute will be restructuring of curriculum system, and clearly the course of the training pro- gram of the status and nature. ＂AC and DC speed control system operation and maintenance and servicing＂ as the sta＂AC and DC speed control system operation and maintenance and servicing＂ as the starting point for work and study around the training objectives, relying on the ordnance industry, deepen the school-enterprise of education, curriculum clear posi- tioning, design curriculum teaching, the curriculum reform achieved remarkable results, and successfully applied for the autonomous region-level courses.
