摘　　要：高校毕业生就业形势复杂严峻,民办高职院校必须从学校兴衰存亡的高度,深刻认识新形势下做好学生就业工作的特殊重要性。要以科学发展为指导,统筹做好学生就业工作,树立大就业工作观念,构建招生、培养与就业的联动机制,广开就业工作思路,多管齐下,全面提升学生就业指导服务水平。Complicated and grim employment situation of college graduates, private vocational colleges must raise and fall from the height of the school, a profound understanding of the new situation to do the work of the special importance of student employment. To the scientific development as guidance, the students do a good job overall employment, estab- lish a large employment concepts, build enrollment, training and employment linkage mechanism, broaden employment work thinking, multi-pronged approach to enhance students＂ career guidance services.
