“纲要信号”教学法在掷标枪技术教学中的实验研究

摘　　要：将"纲要信号"教学法归纳、总结、运用到掷标枪技术教学中,与传统教法进行了对比性教学实验,并对教学实验的结果利用录像解析、数理统计等方法进行了统计分析。结果表明,与传统教法相比,运用"纲要信号"教学法教学效果更加明显。Inducted and summarized the ＂Outline signal＂ teaching method, it applied them in teach- ing javelin throw techniques. It carried out a comparative teaching experiment with the traditional teaching methods, then analyzed the results with video resolution and mathematical statistics. The results showed that, compared with the traditional approach, the teaching effect of ＂Outline signal＂ is more pronounced.
